Our Story:
I’m Lindsey Henry, owner of Lulu’s Toy Co. I love kids, I love creative play, and I love helping parents and grandparents select unique toys that are quality, durable, and not available in big-box stores! I am so excited to bring a specialty toy store to Downtown Marion that will feature toys, books, games, and puzzles that are fun for kids (and adults) of all ages!!
You might say this store has been a lifetime in the making. I was born and raised in Marion, graduated from River Valley, and studied Early Childhood Education at Ohio Northern University. I was a Kindergarten teacher at Marion City Schools before taking a break to raise my kids about 12 years ago. Being a teacher and a mom, I am excited to help parents and grandparents select age-appropriate toys, games, and puzzles that are not only entertaining, but also help with development of your child’s mind and body. I have personally selected our nearly 1500 items with these goals in mind!
I am honored to be located downtown with other incredible boutiques and stores, and I think the historic storefront we are located in will add another special element to your shopping experience!

Q: Do you recommend specific gifts for various ages of children?
A: Absolutely! We will happily guide you to the right types of gifts based on the age, gender, and interests of the child for whom you are shopping!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, for FREE! We will happily wrap your items while you wait. Please note that we do not wrap for Christmas gifts, but we do wrap for other occasions year-round.
Q: Do you have toys for children with special needs or sensory disorders?
A: Yes, we do. We often recommend our sensory bins, high quality fidgets (BPA free, made in USA), and other toys designed specifically to help children with special needs develop their skills and enjoy pure, authentic play.
Q: How do you select the types of items that you sell at LuLu’s?
A: Based on her background as an early Elementary School teacher and mom, Lindsey has specifically curated toys, games, books, and puzzles that are well made, and encourage activity beyond just staring at screens! This includes promoting imagination, gross and fine motor development, various modes of learning, being physically active, and family time!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns with a receipt within 30 days. Between 30-60 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
